myeclipse导入项目出现上面的东西
别用MyEclipse的jdk，自己重新配置一个外部的jdk，我MyEclipse原本的jdk少了很多的jar包，不知道你是不是这个原因

maven工程

似乎是因为pom.xml配错了，

如果分模块管理工程了，

自己检查一下命名。

刚遇到这个问题，我是往myeclipse导入项目。修改编码方式解决。导入的项目是UTF-8编码，Myeclipse安装完后默认编码方式为GBK

解决方法：编码方式问题，myeclipse编码为GBK，项目编码为UTF-8；

我的Myeclipse安装后编码默认是GB18030，外面的人一般推荐用UTF-8。如果在导入项目后发现乱码现象，那是编码设置设置不对。

　　全局编码设置：编码设置的方法：ToolBar-->Window-->Preferences-->General-->Workspace-->Text file encoding，设置合适的编码。

　　局部编码设置：在源码按右键-->General-->Editors-->Test Editors-->Spelling-->Encoding，这里是设置单个文件的编码。

　　推荐还是使用全局编码设置吧。
